One of the finest new homes in the area...
This breathtaking home, completed in late 2009 in the hamlet of Fishers, NY, is simply put one of the finest examples of residential construction in the Rochester area. It is a testament to the success of our design/build philosophy and to the true team approach taken with our clients and our talented subcontractor workforce.
Starting with a client’s vision one cold February day in 2007, this privately owned parcel, encumbered by steep slopes and a high water table was transformed into a magnificently landscaped, environmentally friendly 9,000 square foot residence. Complete with a 2+-acre spring fed pond and extensive indoor and outdoor living areas this one of a kind home offers the ultimate in a casual living lifestyle.
While we are proud to be the builders of such an exquisite residence, we understand that the budget necessary for this home might not be practical with most. Our strength is in our process and in our expertise; these do not change and are part of the Bowering Homes’ client experience regardless of price points or budget. We feel everyone should be able to enjoy a bit of “uniqueness” to his or her home and it is our mission to be able to deliver this in an affordable way.
